Return & Exchange Policy

At Noqta Telecom, we strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction and provide a smooth, trustworthy shopping experience. Therefore, we’ve set a clear and flexible return and exchange policy as follows:

Return or Exchange is Accepted in the Following Cases:

  • If the product is damaged or not as described upon receipt.

  • If the customer receives a wrong product different from the order.

  • If there is a manufacturing defect within the warranty period.

Return or Exchange Period

  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging and the purchase invoice.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Accessories or items affected by hygiene reasons after use (such as earphones).

  • Technical or repair services after completion.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 7–14 business days after the product is received and inspected.

  • In case of an exchange, the customer will pay any price difference if applicable.

Return Procedure

  • Please contact our customer service team to arrange the return shipping method.

  • If the error is from our side, Noqta Telecom will cover the shipping costs.
    Otherwise, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
